03

Features

Everything you need.
Nothing you don't.

🚫

Network-Level Blocking

Tracker requests are intercepted at the network level using Chrome's declarativeNetRequest API — before they ever reach the tracker's server. Senders get no signal that you opened their email.

🏢

Tracker Identity Layer

See "HubSpot is tracking you" — not just a raw domain. Klopio identifies 60+ companies by name so you know exactly who is watching your inbox.

👁️

Inbox Warning Badges

Red 👁️ badges appear on email rows before you open them — so you always know which senders track you before clicking through.

📊

Weekly Privacy Report

A rolling 7-day report shows how many trackers were blocked, which companies tracked you most, and a shareable summary for X or Reddit.

🔒

Gmail-Scoped Only

Klopio only requests access to mail.google.com — never "all websites." We block trackers without becoming one.

Manifest V3 Native

Built from the ground up for Chrome's MV3 standard. No deprecated APIs, no workarounds — fully compliant and future-proof.

We block trackers without becoming one.

Every other email tracker blocker routes your data through their servers. Klopio runs entirely on your device. Your emails, your activity, your data — stays yours.

FAQ

Common questions.

Does Klopio work with Outlook or Yahoo Mail? +
Klopio currently works with Gmail only, accessed via mail.google.com in Chrome. This includes Google Workspace (GSuite) accounts. Support for other email clients may come in a future version.
Does Klopio block all tracking pixels? +
Klopio blocks 117+ known tracker domains and identifies 60+ companies by name. New trackers appear constantly — Klopio catches the vast majority but no tool can guarantee 100% detection of all tracking methods.
Can the sender tell I'm using Klopio? +
No. When Klopio blocks a tracking pixel, the sender simply receives no signal — to them it appears as if you never opened the email. Klopio is completely invisible to senders.
Does Klopio read my emails? +
No. Klopio only scans image URLs within emails to identify tracking pixel patterns. It never reads email content, subject lines, or sender addresses. All processing happens locally on your device.
I used PixelBlock — why did it stop working? +
PixelBlock was built on Chrome's Manifest V2 API, which Google has now disabled. All Chrome extensions must use MV3. PixelBlock has not been updated and no longer functions in modern Chrome. Klopio was built natively on MV3 from day one.
What happens after the 30-day trial? +
After 30 days, Klopio continues blocking trackers in the background. To see who is tracking you — company names, inbox badges, and the full weekly report — you'll need to upgrade to Pro. No credit card is required during the trial.

Your inbox deserves privacy.
